Biography
A Life of Ministry and Service
Mike McMillan is a pastor, author, business owner, and longtime technology leader with a passion for prayer, spiritual growth, and helping people encounter Jesus in a real and personal way.
Alongside his wife, Wende, Mike served in youth ministry for nearly two decades across various churches, often stepping into gap filling roles wherever needed. He later served as a Lead Pastor for nearly 10 years and continues serving in ministry today in an associate pastor role with a strong focus on prayer ministry, altar ministry, and spiritual growth.

Shaped by Prayer
Mike has ministered both locally and internationally, including missions work in Honduras, where many of the experiences shared in Precision Prayer were shaped through powerful moments of worship, prayer, and ministry. The Brownsville Revival years also played a meaningful role in shaping his passion for prayer, altar ministry, and spiritual hunger.
He has been married to Wende for nearly 40 years. Together they have three daughters and six grandchildren, two boys and four girls, who are among the greatest blessings of their lives.

Outside of ministry, Mike has spent more than 33 years in Information Technology leadership and is also the owner of a double drive through coffee shop. He previously self published a children’s book titled Fred Who Wouldn’t Go to Bed.
Precision Prayer was written from years of ministry experience, personal testimony, prayer, surrender, and a deep desire to help believers pursue a closer relationship with God.
